5 STEPS TO YOUR ESSENTIAL LIFE ESSENCE
This wellness program is designed for small groups to corporate companies looking to build leadership, spiritual and life principles. The practical tools we teach help your employees to focus on results, increasing productivity. These concepts are powerful and fundamental, touching both the personal as well as the professional lives of your employees.
Our workshops can be tailored to your exact needs. You will be amazed at how easily your staff achieve their goals with simple solutions and small behavioral shifts.
Our NYC based company provides onsite one - two day seminars that focus on group interaction. Once the participants have experienced the vital effects of our collective, they will be invited to schedule one on one sessions to further their personal development.
We also design two - four day domestic or international retreats.
OUR ONE DAY SAMPLE SCHEDULE
This event includes a 15 minute meet and greet, followed by a short description of the Collective’s services. We describe how each service works with the others in a curated order to achieve optimum results. Although powerful when experienced individually, we realized that by forming an alliance, the results were even more profound.
After we describe our work and its benefits, we will break into four small groups for a mini session and demonstration of one of our services.
Following the session, the group will reconvene for a discussion and Q&A to understand the general concerns of the community, including the importance of looking into ourselves and connecting with others to maintain positivity in a stressful environment.
Michelle conducts a one hour simple body movement class to open blockages in the body, reduce tension and improve posture with her customized combination of Pilates, yoga and other techniques. Guests will be asked to bring a yoga mat.
Erika discusses her work and performs a one hour community ear acupuncture (including the use of essential oils) seminar to open blockages in the body and invite a deeper connection to body/self. She will review how acupuncture can relieve anxiety and aid in overall health. Guests will be asked to bring their yoga mat and pillow/blanket.
BREAK FOR LUNCH
Pier leads the group through several exercises designed to discover their inner toolbox; understanding and developing their relationship with themselves to move past limiting beliefs and blockages. Guests will be asked to bring a journal/notebook and a pen.
Francesca will give an overview, followed by a discussion, about progressed astrology and how it moves from birth to present, explaining how you can use your progressed chart to work though blockages and achieve goals.
